Great ideas... I love the Candy bars. I want one for my own wedding. Another great place to find the huge apothecary jars for the candy bar are Ross and TJ Maxx. They have them at a great price as well.

Love the candy!

I received a favor similar to the porcelain bud vase at a wedding. They were filled with herbs.

I went to a very elegant outdoor wedding last summer and the placecards were held in place on the table by these beautiful polished stones, which also served as they favor. I still have mine!

how great! I am pretty sure I am going to do a candy bar. they look so cool! I loooove the bud vase idea. I bet ikea would have some really cute small vases, then they could also double as a centerpiece all stacked in the middle at varying heights...

I love the first bud vase type favor...what a neat idea! I got married in the fall and didn't have a theme really, just went with sage greens, golds, purples, etc. My placecard holders were pears that I bought from a farm and the leaf was the person's name and table number. For favors, my mom and I baked sugar cookies in the shape of a pear and then iced them with pear colored icing! It was fun and i've never been to a wedding with touches like that before! Have fun planning :)

i was a knot-addict a few years ago when i was planning my own wedding.

i handmade wine charms as favors. i bought as many different charms as i could and had tons of different colored beads. for the wedding party, the charms were their first initals. they really liked them.
